We want you to be happy with your Pooldi purchase. This policy covers product returns and service cancellations.
1. Product Returns
Unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, less return shipping. Some items (such as opened chemicals) are non-returnable for safety reasons.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days at support@pooldi.com for a replacement or full refund.
3. Service Cancellations
You may reschedule or cancel a scheduled service visit with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
4. Maintenance Plans
Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days notice. Fees for the current billing period are non-refundable; prepaid amounts beyond the notice period are refunded.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Opened pool chemicals
- Custom-cut or special-order items
- Completed labor and diagnostic fees
6. How to Request
Email support@pooldi.com with your order number and reason. We respond within a few business days.
