These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase of products and services from Pooldi and your use of our website. By placing an order or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products & Services

Pooldi sells pool equipment and provides maintenance, installation, and repair services. Service scope and pricing are confirmed in writing before work begins.

2. Orders & Payment

Prices are shown at checkout and may change without notice. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed for service work.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect equipment on arrival and report damage promptly.

4. Service Work

You agree to provide safe access to your pool and equipment. Additional issues discovered during work will be quoted before we proceed.

5. Warranties

Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment. Workmanship on service is warranted as stated in your service agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pooldi is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
