1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return: digital downloads, gift cards, items marked as final sale, and items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. We do not charge restocking fees.
4. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, first check with your bank or card provider. If the issue continues, contact us at support@pooldi.com.
