1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and order weight at checkout. We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high volume periods.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the continental United States. If you would like to ship to a different location, please contact us at support@pooldi.com before placing your order.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier's website.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@pooldi.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
6. Address Errors
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Pooldi is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package needs to be reshipped.
